Risk Advisory Europe has commenced business in the UK providing loan analysis and risk mitigation services across the finance sector including performing and non-performing loans, RMBS, CMBS, personal loans, credit cards and auto finance.
Tim Keast, Chairman said, "following the merger of Hatfield Phillips International and Situs Asset Management in early 2017, it is understood that Situs took the strategic decision to focus on their core commercial real estate loan servicing and advisory services. This has been an excellent opportunity for us to create a fully independent company comprising the former members of Situs’s Loan Risk Advisory team. We will be able to continue supporting our clients with valuable expertise in loan underwriting and servicing."
